You will be trusted to manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Contracts Manager – Roofing & RefurbishmentManaging Projects on site in the Mansfield areaProcuring and ordering materials and associated suppliesManaging subcontractors, site teams, programmes, and budgetsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsMonday to Friday, 39 hours
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing, refurbishment projectsStrong organisational and project management skillsCommercial awareness and experience managing project budgetsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFull UK Driving Licence
