Senior Hybrid Health & Care Integration Lead

Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is recruiting for a fixed-term 18-month post in the Adult Social Care directorate. You will lead local delivery of the Integrated Neighbourhood Health and Care model, coordinating across adult social care, children”s services, housing, public health and the NHS.

The role requires senior matrix leadership, accountability for joint funding and partnership commissioning budgets, and a deep knowledge of health and social care systems and national policy.
