Abacus Careers is seeking a Real Estate Senior for a leading Belfast law firm focused on renewables and energy. You will draft option agreements and leases for wind, solar, battery storage, EV and hydro schemes, run title due diligence, and collaborate with corporate, banking and planning teams on financings and disposals.
Required: circa 2–6 years’ PQE in real estate; energy experience is ideal but interest counts.
