An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Oxfordshire based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £60m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.
Duties
- Optimising contract profitability
- Provide quotations to clients for variations
- Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
- Accurate monthly cost and value reports
- All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
- Time management skills and meeting deadlines
- Experience in value engineering
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
