The Role

• Prepare month end financial information is completed on time
• Prepare and submit all monthly and quarterly supporting Management accounts
• Complete all Month End account reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
• Participate in the annual budget and forecasts
• Co-ordinate the input of all financial data into the company reporting database
• Involved in machine and product costs including labour, materials and overheads
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external auditors
• Train and mentor junior members of the finance team
• Any other ad hoc duties within the finance team

Essential Criteria

• A minimum of 3 (+) years in an accounts position
• A fully qualified chartered accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Experience in product costing and analysis
• Good people management skills
• Experience of producing management accounts
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills
