We are currently working with a leading employer in the local area who are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join a leading business and play a pivotal role within the companies finance department.

The Role

• Preparation of monthly management and year-end accounts
• Produce finance reports for senior management
• Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations
• Implement improvement processes across the finance department
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external auditors
• Mentor and assist junior members in the companies finance team
• Other relevant duties

Essential Criteria

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification or relevant experience
• Excellent computer skills particularly with Excel
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Highest level of ethics and integrity
• Experience of producing management accounts
• Excellent communication skills
