Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to shape and enhance the organisations financial planning and analysis function. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting, while driving the development of management information and Power BI capability.
The Role
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, providing clear analysis of performance and variances.
Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, scenario planning and strategic decisions.
Develop management reporting, KPI analysis and Power BI dashboards.
Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
Partner with senior stakeholders and operational teams, providing commercial insight and constructive challenge.
Lead finance-related projects covering systems, automation, reporting and process improvements.
Enhance the accuracy, efficiency and consistency of financial reporting and data analysis.
The Person
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting.
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and practical experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and communicate clear commercial recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior decision-makers.
