Head of Finance
Fermanagh – Hybrid
£70,000 – £80,000 + Bonus
Artemis Human Capital is partnering with an established and expanding business to appoint a Head of Finance.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a key leadership position with responsibility for overseeing the finance function, driving strong financial reporting and ensuring effective financial planning and control.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insight and helping shape financial strategy while leading the team and driving ongoing improvements.
The Role
Lead and develop the finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations.
Take ownership of monthly management reporting, budgets and forecasts.
Oversee cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
Manage statutory accounts, external audit and tax compliance.
Provide financial guidance and insight to senior stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve finance systems, processes and reporting.
The Person
ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in a senior finance leadership role.
Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Good technical knowledge of statutory accounts, audit and tax.
Experience managing cash flow and working capital.
Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
Commercially aware, analytical and confident influencing business decisions.
Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems.
