What youll be doing:

• Processing high-volume sales and purchase invoices
• Managing credit control, customer payments and credit checks
• Resolving queries and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Handling bank, credit card and ledger reconciliations
• Supporting month-end processes, reporting and Excel analysis
• Managing finance portals and general accounts administration

What were looking for:

• Experience with accounts software, ideally Sage 200
• Knowledge of CAFM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team
