EMDR Therapist – Occupational Health (Part-Time)

Optima Health in London is seeking an EMDR Practitioner to deliver confidential counselling and psychotherapy to Metropolitan Police staff within our occupational health team. You will provide EMDR, Integrative Counselling, and Trauma-Focused CBT, with travel between Sidcup and Lambeth offices and possible weekly remote work based on needs.

We offer a supportive MDT environment, 90-minute sessions, and dedicated admin support to manage diaries and coordination.
