Crisis Care Nurse – 24/7 Community Mental Health

West London Mental Health Trust is seeking a Crisis Care Nurse to assess and coordinate high quality mental health care for patients under CATT. The role includes crisis intervention in the community and gatekeeping for inpatient wards and recovery services.

The post holder will develop services, provide clinical advice, supervise junior staff and work within a 24/7 rota to ensure robust gatekeeping and access to urgent care.
