Ventilation Ward Manager – Lead Holistic Neuro Care

Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) seeks a Ward Manager for Leonora Ward on the Long Term Ventilation Service. You will lead nursing teams, oversee patient care, set goals and drive evidence-based practice within a multidisciplinary team across the hospital.

You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, shape learning culture, maintain high standards of care, and ensure safe, person-centred services for adults with complex neuro-disabilities. RHN values diversity and inclusion.
