Primary Care Mental Health Specialist Nurse

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Specialist Mental Health Nurse to work across the Boscombe East Collaborative Primary Care Network, supporting GP practices with primary care and community mental health collaboration.
