Senior Community Mental Health Nurse: Dementia & Elder Care

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior community mental health nurse to work within the Dementia & Older People’s Mental Health Service in Cornwall. You will assess, treat, and coordinate care for people with dementia and adults over 75 with mental health needs, visiting homes and care homes across the county.
