Job Description:
The Lighthouse Group Practice is recruiting a Lead Practice Nurse to lead the nursing team at its inner-city GP surgery. The role provides clinical leadership, mentors nurses through one-to-one reviews and oversees infection prevention and control across the practice.
Applicants need current NMC registration and at least three years’ post-registration experience, two of them in primary care. Leadership or postgraduate qualification in long-term condition management is desirable.
