The role is a 12-month secondment to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality patient care in a busy Critical Care environment.
The post entails coordinating daily unit operations, managing staffing and bed requirements, and delivering senior clinical leadership across day and night shifts on a 24/7 basis.
