Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse — Part-Time

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Mansfield is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner/Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Mansfield Local Mental Health Team. You will work in a busy community setting from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on expert assessment, care planning and recovery support.

The role requires good multidisciplinary collaboration, strong communication and the ability to manage complex cases in partnership with service users and carers.
