Senior Practitioner – Children’s Social Care Lead (Hybrid)

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the Childrenunding Assessment and Support Service (CASS). You will screen referrals, apply thresholds, and make decisions to safeguard and promote welfare for children and young people.

The role involves practice leadership and supporting other Social Workers to maintain high standards of practice. The post is hybrid, based in Birmingham, and requires residency within a commutable distance with the right-to-work in the UK.
