Child Health Community Nurse – Part-Time (Band 6)

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Lancashire is seeking a qualified professional to join the childrens community team on a 28.5-hour weekly fixed-term basis for 12 months. The role supports nursing care in the community to enable early discharges, prevent hospital admissions, and assist children with health needs in their school.

You will train education staff, develop care plans, and work alongside multi-agency teams to help children achieve the best outcomes.
