Advanced Primary Care Mental Health Nurse High Volume Clinic

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking two Registered Mental Health Nurses for a prevention team within a primary care network, based at a community hub. You will assess and manage risk, deliver brief interventions and support adults with mild to moderate mental health needs.

Working autonomously within a high-volume clinic template, you’ll contribute to service development and referral pathways while maintaining safeguarding standards and collaborative MDT engagement.
