Payroll Manager | Hybrid, Leadership & Automation Focus

MCS Group is partnering with a professional services organisation to recruit a Payroll Manager to join their expanding finance team in Belfast on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Head of Payroll, the Payroll Manager will lead the weekly and monthly payroll cycles, provide clear direction to payroll team leaders and act as the escalation point for technical payroll queries.
