Solar on Steroids in Manchester seeks an ambitious Internal Hiring │ Talent Acquisition lead. You’ll own end-to-end internal hiring and build a client recruitment offering, earning commission on every placement. The role is hybrid: two days a week in the office with heavier onboarding initially.

You’ll create job descriptions, scorecards, recruitment videos and funnels, assemble a three-person pod per vertical, and collaborate with Hayra to source top talent. Move fast and own outcomes.
