Senior Thermal Field Service Engineer – Customer Focused

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Thermal Customer Engineer to maintain and repair Thermal Management products on customer sites across the UK. You will establish strong rapport with customers, sales teams and distributors while coordinating with scheduling and department managers.

Responsibilities include responding to service calls, ensuring safety and compliance, maintaining maintenance plans at 90%+, and generating FieldDB/Oracle reports.
