Senior Customer Policy & Insights Analyst

Ofwat is seeking a Customer Policy Analyst to join the Customer Policy Team within the Casework, Enforcement & Customers Directorate. You will help understand how water companies deliver customer service and identify potential harms and failings, including those affecting customers needing extra help.

This senior associate role works across policy, insights and engagement with government and CCW, developing guidance and contributing to action where customer experience needs improvement.
