Yorkshire Law Firm in North Yorkshire is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ PQE) to join the team in York or Malton. You will manage your own caseload of residential transactions and work closely with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth progress.
The role requires qualified solicitor, CILEX or SQE-qualified status with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing and strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold and remortgage transactions.
