Night Shift Store Operations Leader

Sainsbury’s is seeking a proactive Nightshift Manager to lead an overnight team in Maidenhead. You will drive replenishment, oversee the warehouse, and ensure shelves are ready for first opening.

The role requires hands-on leadership and accountability for safety and colleague wellbeing during the night shift. As a nightshift manager, you will work full-time over 4 nights with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary.
