Safety Culture Champion – Health & Safety Advisor

Merlin is hiring a Health and Safety Advisor for Thorpe Park Resort in Chertsey. The role focuses on driving a positive safety culture, supporting operational teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across the resort.

You will audit, inspect and review safety practices, coach managers, and collaborate with contractors to maintain Merlin standards and legal compliance, from concept through to opening of new experiences.
