Job Description

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to keep goods moving safely and efficiently through the site.
• Plan and coordinate warehouse activity to support timely distribution schedules.
• Monitor stock movement and storage practices to maintain accurate, orderly warehouse operations.
• Set clear daily priorities for warehouse work and follow progress through to completion.
• Work closely with logistics colleagues to align warehouse activity with operational needs.
• Review warehouse processes and identify practical improvements to support smoother delivery of work.
• Maintain clear operational records to give the business an accurate view of warehouse activity.
• Promote safe working practices across the warehouse and address day-to-day operational issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

The successful ‘Warehouse Operations Manager’ will have:

• Experience managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows, stock movement and storage processes.
• Ability to plan workloads and coordinate logistics activity effectively.
• Confidence prioritising tasks in a busy warehouse setting.
• Experience reviewing operational processes and making practical improvements.
• Ability to maintain accurate warehouse records and operational information.

• Salary of £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
