Client Success Manager — Hybrid, UK Travel, Growth Bonuses

Solar on Steroids in Manchester is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the relationship with up to 30 UK solar installers. You’ll manage onboarding, set expectations, and keep clients informed on what’s working and what comes next, primarily via WhatsApp.

You’ll report to the Client Success & Delivery Lead, work in our Manchester pod, and travel across the UK. The role offers hybrid working, a base salary with bonuses tied to monthly churn and sales commissions, and clear path to growth.
