Practice Growth & Compliance Manager – GP Surgery (NHS Pension)

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a Practice Manager for HT Practice, a multi-site GP operator. You will oversee daily practice operations, governance, NHS claims, and admin functions while guiding staff training and policy management.

You will also contribute to enabling CQC readiness, enhancing services, and promoting patient engagement across the group. Experience in GP practice management and EMIS/Docman is essential.
