Hotel Indigo Edinburgh – Princes Street, part of the Cairn Group, seeks a Head Chef to lead the Twenty Princes Street kitchen. You will shape modern Scottish cuisine, partner with Cairn Group’s central Food & Beverage team, and drive menu development and operational excellence.
