Crystal Care Solutions is seeking a Residential Children’s Worker for a maternity cover role in Crewe. The position involves a 5:2 shift system with sleep-ins and an average of 52.5 hours weekly, with overtime available.

Salary will reflect experience, qualifications and sleep-in payments. You will build safe, trusting relationships with children and young people, support care plans, and promote safeguarding and routines while liaising with families and professionals.
