Telecom Customer Care & Order Admin (Hybrid)

Anderson Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a longstanding telecoms client in Gloucester (Quedgeley) to recruit for a permanent Customer Service/Order Support role. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, provision and manage orders for broadband, mobile and VOIP, and keep customers updated on progress.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5pm with hybrid/flexible options. Salary is £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
