Eventus Legal in Preston, Lancashire, is seeking a permanent Commercial Property Legal Assistant. Salary £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience, with 27 days leave plus bank holidays. Hours are 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with potential for hybrid working after an initial period in the office.
You will support a Commercial Solicitor across matters from instruction to completion, liaising with lenders and agents and drafting Land Registry/SDLT forms.
