GP Front Desk Specialist (EMIS/Docman) – Patient Care

Virginia Water Medical Practice in Surrey is seeking a receptionist to welcome patients, handle calls, bookings, and payments at the front desk. You will process prescriptions, pass test results when appropriate, and support colleagues during leave.

The role requires prior GP reception experience and familiarity with EMIS Web and Docman. You will work weekday mornings/afternoons with Saturday shifts, and maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
