QBE is hiring a Business Manager to the Chief People Officer. London/Leeds or Europe-based with hybrid working, this role partners with the International CPO to shape the People strategy, run governance, and manage budgets. It combines strategic thinking with operational delivery and a focus on AI-enabled improvements.
