OperationsManager,Treasury-Summary:

• AdministrationofthewholesalebankinginvestmentandtreasuryproductswhichmayincludebutnotbelimitedtoDeposits,FX,MoneyMarketlendingandborrowing,Bonds,Swaps,Derivatives,PreciousMetals,FRA,IRSandetc.
• Establishtheframeworkandprocessproceduresforinvestmentandtreasuryadministrationfunctions,administrateandperformthedaytodayoperationsoftheBranch.
• ProcessandverifytransactionsinthebankingtreasurysystemforallInvestmentandtreasurybusiness.
• ResponsibilitiesundertheMIFIRandEMIRregulatoryreportingrequirements.
• Actasthepositionkeeperforoperations,compilingandsubmittingallpositionstothetreasuryteaminatimelymanner.
• Performtheadministrativefunctionsforopeningclientaccountsandmaintainingcustomeraccountfiles.
• Interactwithandstandinforothermembersoftheoperationsteamcoveringtreasuryoperations,clearingandtradefinance.
• PerformanyotherdutiesasdirectedbytheHeadofOperationsorSeniorManagement.

• Daytodaymanage,process,inputandverifyofalldealsprepared/inputbytheInvestmentandtreasuryteam.
• PreparepaymentinstrumentsmanuallywhererequiredinrelationtoOperationsduties.
• Managethecommunicationsorconfirmationstocorrespondentsandclientsinrelationtotreasurybusinessqueriesfromcorrespondentsandclients.
• ResponsibleforthedaytodayprocessingofDeposits,FX,MoneyMarketlendingandborrowing,Bonds,Swaps,Derivatives,PreciousMetals,FRA,andIRS.
• Monitorallcurrencycashpositionsandcashflows,reporttoHeadofOperationsandtreasuryteaminatimelymanner.
• Monitoralladministrativeprocessesinrelationtobondsandderivativeproducts.
• MonitortheSWIFTmessagequeuesrelatedtotreasuryoperations.
• Liaiseandcoordinatewithnostrobanksacrossallcurrenciestoensurethesmoothexecutionoftreasuryoperationsandtimelyresolutionofaccountrelatedqueries.
• PrepareM.I.andstatisticalreportsrelatedtotreasuryprocessing.
• ProvideOperationalsupportandcovertootherOperationsfunctionsincludingloan,clearingandtradefinance.
• Responsibleforthedaytodayregulatoryreportingforoperationdepartment,suchasMIFID,EMIRandSCV.
• KeeptheBusinessContinuityPlanupdatedforthetreasuryproducts.
• ResponsibleforprovidingregulatorydatatorelevantdepartmentsoftheBranchandtheHeadOffice.
• LiaisewithHeadOfficedepartmentsonmattersrelatingtooperationalprocesses,systems,andotherrelevanttopics.
