Children’s Residential Care Leader | Relocation Help

Wilderness Way is seeking a Registered Manager for two Ofsted-registered children’s homes. You will lead a 2:1 relationship-based care model, oversee staff rotas and ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

You will be supported by an operational manager and HR/recruitment teams to drive high-quality care. Your background includes at least 2 years in children’s residential care or related fields, a Level 5 qualification, and a full UK driving licence.
