Construction Manager – Secure Site Mezzanine Fit-Out

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a mezzanine office project within an existing Bristol warehouse. You will lead day-to-day construction, coordinate architectural fit-out, M&E, IT, AV and security installations, and work with the Project Manager to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

You will manage subcontractors and specialist teams, review drawings, maintain safety records and drive handover documentation.
