Senior Tax Counsel — Real Estate & Cross-Border Deals

LAW Absolute is recruiting a Senior Tax Lawyer in London with a strong focus on real estate taxation to join its leading Tax team. You will advise on sophisticated UK and cross-border real estate transactions, funds, financing and structuring.

You will work closely with Real Estate, Corporate, Finance and Funds practices, providing strategic tax advice on complex transactions and platforms, with significant responsibility and collaboration with senior lawyers.
