Senior Quantity Surveyor: Cost Assurance Leader

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our independent cost assurance for the Repairs team, driving value for money and robust decision‑making across contractor pricing, variations and final accounts.

You will own, develop and maintain the Schedule of Rates, manage a team of Commercial Officers, and provide pricing challenge and cost insight to support governance and value for money across programmes.
