Planned Projects Contract Manager – Construction

Torus Group’s HMS division is seeking a Contract Manager to join the Planned Projects team. The role focuses on delivering planned investment and refurbishment across housing stock and external client portfolios, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, drive improvements and support business growth, with travel between Torus offices and sites as required.
