Client-Side Leasehold Property Manager (3 Buildings)

PMR is seeking an experienced Leasehold Property Manager to take full ownership of three buildings on a client-side basis within a mixed-use portfolio in North London. The role is hybrid, with a salary around £60,000 and direct access to leadership for strategic decisions.

You will manage day-to-day operations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use elements, handle leasehold queries, oversee service charges, and drive arrears and compliance. IRPM-desirable candidates encouraged to apply.
