Senior Health & Safety Advisor – Social Housing & Repairs

Principal People Recruitment seeks a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to oversee safety across repairs and maintenance contracts in social housing and residential sectors. The role is hands-on, multi-site, with four days on site and one day remote, covering Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, North/North-West London.

The successful candidate will inspect sites, review risk assessments, deliver safety training, and drive a proactive safety culture while liaising with subcontractors and managers.
