Lead Practice Nurse – Clinical Leadership in Primary Care

OneMedical Group is seeking a Lead Practice Nurse to join Great Western Medical Practice in Aberdeen. This role combines hands-on clinical care with clinical leadership to drive high-quality patient services.

You will support the GP team, Clinical Lead and Practice Manager, lead the nursing team, manage rotas and contribute to service development and QOF outcomes.
