Job Description:
NHS Tayside is seeking an experienced Primary and Secondary Care Colorectal/Stoma Clinical Nurse Specialist to bridge hospital and community care. You will support patients with stomas, lead proactive reviews, and work with GPs, pharmacists and other professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
You must hold UK NMC registration and have CPD evidence; you may travel across Tayside for community work and education.
