Care Home Manager – Lead, Inspire, Deliver Quality Care

Achieve together Limited is seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of care within our Newport home. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets and staff effectively.

You will work to maintain person-centred, accessible services and ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CIW standards, while developing teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
