Job Description:
NELFT is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver specialist community stroke and neuro assessments in patients’ homes, develop and adjust treatment plans, and provide equipment as needed. You will work within a multidisciplinary team across Trust sites, supervising rehab assistants and deputising for senior colleagues as required.
The role supports pre-registration students, delivers direct patient care, maintains records, and participates in service improvement initiatives.
