Autonomous RMN – Community Mental Health Nurse (Band 6)

West London NHS Trust seeks an experienced RMN to join the Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) delivering community-based adult mental health care. The role offers autonomous clinical decision-making, varied tasks and opportunities to work across multidisciplinary services.

You will assess and treat mental and physical health needs, manage risk and crisis situations, and contribute to service development while helping people engage with local communities.
