Night Palliative Care Nurse — Hospice at Home

Treetops Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Hospice at Home team, providing specialist care to patients with terminal illnesses and invaluable emotional support to their families.

This night role includes 1:1 overnight care in patients’ homes and working on our Roaming Service to deliver flexible symptom control, assessment, and support, helping patients die in the place of their choosing and supporting families in creating lasting memories.
